A reader brought to our attention an error and two omissions in the Research Article, C. J. Braun et al., “Gene Therapy for Wiskott-Aldrich Syndrome—Long-Term Efficacy and Genotoxicity,” (1). The subpanels of fig. S18 were inadvertently shifted and partially lost during the electronic creation of the Supplementary Materials PDF file. A corrected version of fig. S18 is now included in the Supplementary Materials file, which has been revised. In addition, it may not have been clear that the earlier time points in fig. S10A and fig. S10B were derived from the recent New England Journal of Medicine publication (2). This information has been added to the figure legend of fig. S10. Finally, the primer sequences were not included in the Materials and Methods section. These have been added to the revised article.
