    Shown are histograms of model-based risks for clinical events and nonevents. These histograms depict a model in which the probability mass is concentrated to the left for nonevents (many small risks) and is relatively flat for events. Further improvement in discrimination should be sought, especially through methods that would increase model-based risks for events. Std Dev, standard deviation.
