In the Research Article “Anchor peptide captures, targets, and loads exosomes of diverse origins for diagnostics and therapy,” the authors did not explicitly state that the control data for EXO and EXO (DiR) shown in Fig. 2C were repeated in fig. S5C; that the control data for NC and EXO in Fig. 3A were repeated in Fig. 3B; and that the control data for EXOPMO in Fig. 6, D and E, were repeated in Fig. 7, B and C, and fig. S6B. The legends for Figs. 3 and 7 and figs. S5 and S6 have been updated. In addition, the images appearing in Fig. 6A mdx, Fig. 6C C57 TA, Fig. 6C mdx (second row), and Fig. 6C CP05-PMO Abdominal have been replaced with the correct versions. The PDFs and HTML (full text) have been corrected.
